With over 25 years of experience in the (petro)chemical, oil and gas, offshore, civil engineering, infrastructure, and energy sectors, Arjan is a well-rounded professional in the areas of project controls (time, cost, risk, and quality), operations, project management, and contract management.

He has a strong focus on financial management across all phases of projects, from budgeting and estimating to cash flow management. Over the past few years, he has been very proactive in scheduling and planning all engineering and procurement activities, as well as the construction, commissioning, and startup of complex projects.

As a result, Arjan is the person who can successfully bring acceleration projects to a successful conclusion for startups and, for example, data centers. This is also due to his experience with multiple turnarounds and maintenance shutdowns that he has successfully completed at various large factories in the Netherlands. Arjan is creative and a very quick thinker; as a result, he developed a simplified BIM process 15 years ago to help manage teams more efficiently and effectively.

This has ushered in a new era of teamwork and collaboration in many successful projects through the use of visualizations. This is also why Arjan started a separate company to support businesses with these visualizations and PMO services: P-4D Insights.
